Jigsaw CCS poised for growth after Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Graduation

Pentlands client a Warwickshire based direct mailing company is poised for growth after its Managing Director became one of the latest cohort of businesses to graduate from a nationally recognised small business programme.

Rebecca Fahy, Managing Director at Jigsaw CCS, is preparing to make her business a nationally recognised brand for delivering creative direct mailing solutions, after graduating from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme.

The prestigious programme enrols just 30 on to each regional cohort. Successful applicants then study a number of highly targeted business functions, including leadership strategy and cultural values. The programme culminates in a Growth Plan produced by each applicant on their own business, which provides a robust model for future business growth and vision.

For Rebecca Fahy, the programme helped form a robust vision for Jigsaw CCS, and raised her own ambitions for the company. She commented: “Early in the course I noticed a change in my mindset. I have always been passionate about Jigsaw CCS and the viability of the business was never in question, but my own limiting beliefs held me back from growing the business. I now realise that goals that previously seemed unobtainable are within reach and our growth plan now demonstrates that we have the capacity, expertise and scalable resource to become a national brand.”

Since setting up Jigsaw CCS at aged just thirty, Rebecca and her team have worked hard to position Jigsaw CCS as a regional leader within niche, specialist and creative direct mailing sectors. The company is already beginning to implement its growth plan and through its second and third tier contracts, the business is now fulfilling work for a number of household brands. As a result, the company has doubled its workforce and is relocating to larger premises later this year. A dedicated Business Development Manager has also been appointed, tasked with further saturating existing markets and extending the geographical reach of the company.

Rebecca Fahy said: “This is a really exciting time for Jigsaw CCS as we start to implement everything I learned on the Goldman Sachs programme. It was an intensive course and very hard work, but the skills and experience I have gained since graduating are really going to help me to grow Jigsaw CCS into a nationally recognised brand and saturate the niche market for specialist and creative direct marketing.”
