One of our clients is a Specialist Health & Wellbeing Provider, Life and Progress Limited and they we have recently agreed to provide a reduced cost Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for all our clients.
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a wellness service that employers provide to their employees and provides counselling, advice, coaching and general information via a freephone telephone number.
It’s 100% confidential for the employees and they can use the service to discuss anything from healthcare advice, clinical counselling, legal and financial information. They can also gain support through life’s challenges such as illness in the family, elder/childcare, separation and divorce or debt advice.
Pentland’s clients will gain a 25% discount on the usual cost of an EAP from Life & Progress. Typical costs are usually around £20 per employee per annum.
