Meraki HR Solutions Ltd, was founded at the end of 2014 by Emma Browning MA, FCIPD, when she left her last role as HR Director EMEA for Harley-Davidson.
Emma set up Meraki HR, as she is passionate about helping businesses succeed through their people, but recognised that not every business was big enough to have their own HR person or team, which is where Meraki HR come in.
Since 2014, Meraki HR have grown organically and Emma’s team has grown too! Emma’s reputation and high standards have meant she has been able to attract and retain the best people to join her, and they now have a small but perfectly formed team of HR professionals and qualified Coaches. The team all share Emma’s passion for people, coupled with significant experience of successfully delivering professional, commercial and practical HR, Training and Coaching solutions.

2. Via our Meraki Recruitment Service, Meraki HR help you attract and retain great people which will help you achieve your business goals. Whether you need help to design a recruitment advert, create a Job Description or you need our help to manage the applications you receive, you pay a fixed price for the support you need.
3. Meraki HR Training – we provide training and coaching to give your managers and leaders, the knowledge, skills and confidence to develop high performing teams.
4. Meraki HR Projects – you need a specific HR project completed but may not have the resource or time internally to complete the work, but we do! We have a small, but highly skilled team of HR professionals, ready and waiting to help you deliver your project on time and on budget.
