Elinor receives Lifetime Achievement Award

Three hundred people assembled at Dallas Burston Polo Club, in Southam last month for the glittering Ladiesfirst Professional Development awards ceremony hosted by Kirsty Leahy and Karen Jones.

Huge congratulations to Pentlands clients who were winners on the night, Alana Patchett, of Purple Monster, Excellence in Technology & Innovation, Sophie Howe, of Comtec Translations, Inclusive Leadership, Chris Pickering, of L Pickering & Sons, Businessman of the Year, Lianne Kirkman, The Esther Project, Community Champion and our very own Elinor Perry, Lifetime Achievement Award.

Elinor said: “This was a real ‘pinch me’ moment receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award and it was completely unexpected. As I listened to Colleen describe the recipient, it took a minute or so to realise she was talking about me. 2025 is a particularly special year, marking 20 years of owning and leading Pentlands and 25 years of working in the business. To be recognised at this milestone is just wonderful. It’s a real honour, and I was so pleased that friends, clients, and members of the Pentlands team were there to share in such a special moment. I am grateful to be part of the Ladies First community, I have met many inspiring women, attended fabulous events and supported some incredible charitable causes.”
